Bad Habit Recordings was owned by Ronny Eremija and had commissioned Mason, Dstar, Trust and John Rolodex to each write a version of a tune using the same vocal sample. The tracks were called "My Sound." The first 12" with Mason & Dstar's respective versions was released in 2004 (BDHBT002) with this version, along with Trust's version to be released early 2005 on BDHBT004. However the distributor folded and the 12" was never released. Here's John Rolodex' "My Sound." Written and produced at a kitchen table in Berlin in June 2004 while on tour. Enjoy.
